As New Business Manager Concepts, you are the driver of growth. You see opportunities before others do. You explore new markets, build propositions, and turn ideas into concrete business. You move effortlessly within retail, offices, and hospitality and know exactly where the opportunities lie.
You develop new business opportunities and turn them into reality. From initial market research to strategic planning. You open doors with (international) customers, build lasting partnerships, and strengthen existing relationships. You work closely with project teams to create strong, distinctive interior concepts that truly connect with the customer.
You analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs. You substantiate choices with sharp business cases and present strategic plans to the management team. You are responsible for achieving sales targets and developing and expanding our Concepts division. In doing so, you actively contribute to the branding and positioning of Imagebuilders as a leading player in our markets.
You initiate collaborations with strong brands, identify technological developments, and play an active role in marketing activities to make our interior solutions visible and distinctive.
You are:
✅ At least 3 years of experience in a similar commercial or strategic role
✅ Analytically strong and strategically sharp
✅ Communicatively persuasive and relationally skilled
✅ Independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial
✅ Innovative, brand-driven, and passionate about interiors
✅ HBO+ level (higher professional education) or equivalent.
✅ You see growth as a goal, but also as the result of vision, relationships, and execution power.
