For the first flagship store of Monica Geuze, founder of the lifestyle brand Sophia Mae, in Amsterdam, the challenge was to translate the distinctive brand identity into a physical shopping experience within a short period of time. Opened in a beautiful monumental building, this project required custom solutions, flexibility in execution, and a high degree of precision.
The project
In close collaboration with ToBuild, ProjectWorks, and OwnSpaceStudio (design), Imagebuilders took care of the engineering, production, and realization of the interior. We technically developed the existing design into producible solutions that fit both the brand and the character of the building.
Thanks to rapid production and a flexible process, we were able to respond effectively to challenges during the project. From signage and floorboards to complete fixtures: all components were carefully designed, produced, and assembled to create a coherent and distinctive whole.
