Movares was looking for a reliable partner that could realize large custom projects with a short turnaround time, high-quality finish, and clear communication throughout the entire process.
For Movares' new office in the sustainable Wonderwoods building in Utrecht, the emphasis was on further developing the existing interior concept. The aim was to create high-quality custom furniture that was in line with previous locations, but now further optimized based on experience gained and BREEAM sustainability standards.
Through value engineering, each piece of furniture was technically improved, produced more sustainably, and tailored to the aesthetics of the concept.
In close collaboration with the architect, Imagebuilders held several meetings to optimize the design for efficient production and installation.
Through value engineering, existing designs were translated into sustainable and scalable production methods. The custom-made furniture, from consultation areas to workplace elements, was produced, delivered, and installed within a tight schedule without any delivery issues.
The strength of this project lay in proactive communication: clear and direct communication, transparent coordination, and direct collaboration with the client and architect. This made it possible to achieve the desired quality within the agreed timeframe, while maintaining the design intention.
