Levi’s – International retail rollout
Europe

An international scale requires tight coordination

Levi’s was planning a large-scale retail rollout across several European countries. Hundreds of stores, tight deadlines, and varying local conditions made this project complex. The challenge: ensuring complete control and consistency, without delays or miscommunication.

The Challenge
An international rollout leaves little room for error. Address details varied by country, transport restrictions differed from place to place, and multiple suppliers and factories had to work together seamlessly. At the same time, the bar was set high: every store had to be delivered on schedule, with minimal returns and maximum reliability for the local teams.

Our Approach
Levi’s chose Imagebuilders as a full-service partner to centralize the entire process. By establishing a single point of contact and an integrated team, we brought structure and clarity to the process. From preparation to delivery, we took full responsibility for coordination and execution.

During the project, a production deviation occurred in one of the signs, requiring remanufacturing and additional deliveries to the stores. Thanks to our centralized management, close collaboration with all partners, and tight coordination, lead times remained manageable and the continuity of the rollout was ensured.
