The challenges of an international campaign

For a large-scale promotional campaign by Sloggi, Imagebuilders was the partner that could realize an international rollout within a very short time frame. The campaign required a uniform brand image in stores throughout Europe, with local adaptations for each country. This involved displays in different language variations, with or without mannequins, which had to be delivered to 533 addresses in 12 countries, including non-EU destinations.

The challenge: to respond quickly, deliver flawlessly, and take care of everything in terms of planning, coordination, and customs regulations.

Our approach

Imagebuilders put together a tightly coordinated project team that organized the entire rollout—from production to delivery. In just 10 days, all displays, including the desired variants per country, were carefully packaged, shipped, and delivered to 533 retail addresses in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. Deliveries to the United Kingdom and Norway were also taken care of, including all export and import handling.
